In our post-modern World, (I’ve always wanted to use that phrase in a sentence), where everyone seems to be in opposite camps, (left, right, blue, red, cats, dogs, Redbull, Monster), stress feels like it’s at an all-time high. Scientific studies have shown, living in a stress filled environment, is definitely not conducive to a healthy lifestyle or for our long-term health as individuals, or as a country.
